This project is about taking a Norwegian fashion brand, within tailormade garments online, and internationally.
Problem statement:
How can we give costumers the same tailor made experience throughe-commerce?
To bring the traditional art of tailoring into the modern world, We needed to think differentfrom the ready made garments e-commerces. We loose the opportunity to measure ourcostumers from top to toe, how can we secure the tailor made feeling from standard sizing?
Solution:
We need to rethink the way we ask for sizes, and give the costumer opportunity togive us more information about their height and body type.
Market:
Norwegian Couture are focusing on high quality garments for men that likes tostand out from the crowd. Picture of the check out process of the webshop Insight We askedNorwegian Coutures 10 best customers, what was the most important for them when theywould invest in a new suit or blazer. Also, we asked them how a standard size suit would fitthem, and if any, where the problems was located. We figured out that the most commonproblem was too long or too short on arms, and also the total jacket length. This is the sameinsight that the founder was telling us, after 10 years in the business.

Insight
We asked Norwegian Coutures 10 best costumers, what was the most important for them when they would invest in a new suit or blazer.
Also, we asked them how a standard size suit would fit them, and if any, where the problems was located. We figured out that the most common problem was too long or too short on arms, and also the total jacket length.
